Overview

The SlingStudio Live Switcher, Recorder, and Streaming Hub improves workflow for broadcasters of live events and simplifies viewing and recording footage from multiple sources. Connect up to 4 simultaneously-recorded or streamed sources at up to 1080p30 resolution (3 wirelessly, 1 HDMI'd to SlingStudio Hub – note that if you're only using 2 simultaneous sources you can record 1080p60). This gives you multi-angle views without a lot of equipment. In addition to live streaming or monitoring multiple feeds, the SlingStudio Hub records H.264 MP4 files to an SD card (cards not included). Isolated feeds of each input channel can be recorded simultaneously. You can also connect your personal hard drive to the Hub with the included USB-C Expander, which provides 2 additional USB 3.0 ports and a gigabit Ethernet LAN port ideal for streaming where WiFi isn't very stable.

The 3 included cameraLink transmitters connect to your devices via HDMI and transmit HD video signal wirelessly to the Hub for switching, streaming, and/or recording. The built-in lithium-ion batteries of the cameraLinks last about 2 hours and can be charged with a standard USB charger (not included).
