Overview

The RED GEMINI 5K EF Mount (2018 DSMC2 Unified Version) is a professional cinema camera system that features RED's dual ISO technology, which offers a standard and a Low Light mode for the greatest shooting flexibility resulting in clean, noise-free footage. This sensors 30.72mm x 18mm dimensions give you an increased field of view at 2K and 4K and allows for greater anamorphic lens coverage than with the HELIUM or DRAGON sensor cameras. This camera is part of RED's DSMC2 line, which features simultaneous REDCODE RAW and Apple ProRes or Avid DNxHR/HD recording with lightning fast data rates up to 275 MB/s all in a smaller and lightweight form factor compared to prior models. RED's proprietary REDCODE RAW file format is structured for non-destructive editing and you can seamlessly pull detailed stills from footage.

With this setup, you receive more than just the brain you get the input/output expander, a large 7" LCD, a MINI-MAG reader, and the SIDEWINDER, providing you with the full array of tools needed to work on this system.
