Updated Body and Advanced User Interface

Building upon the X1D's intuitive user interface, the X1D II 50C has quicker overall response when navigating through its menu system on the large 3.6" LCD. Pinch to zoom, swipe, and perform autofocus point drag-and-drop placement with autofocus point size changes. The refresh rate is faster and shutter lag and blackout time between frames has been reduced. The grip is deep and comfortable and the overall sleekness of form factor as been retained. The body is also equipped with dual UHS-II SD card slots and a 3.69m-dot (1280 x 960) OLED electronic viewfinder with high 0.87x magnification.

Tethering and Connectivity Enhancements

With the help of the Phocus Mobile 2 app and built-in WiFi and usb-C connectivity, you can easily create a portable photographic workflow with wireless or tethered shooting and exporting. Tethered shooting is also possible with Phocus desktop version, available for both Mac and PC. An internal GPS module allows optional automatic geotagging. The usb-C port also allows for pass-through charging of the battery.

Each lens (not included) in the XCD lineup is equipped with a central lens shutter for extremely quick strobe/flash sync speeds of up to 1/2000th of a second. All designed in Sweden, Hasselblad Xcd lenses are among the highest quality optics available today while maintaining a very portable form factor. Each lens is designed specifically for handling sensors even above 100 megapixels.
