It has 3 distinct modes: standard, Dynamic, and Powered. standard keeps the stabilization angle constant independently of zoom, Dynamic allows for stabilization during walking or running, and Powered provides stabilization when using the telephoto range.

Straightforward and Versatile Design

Record directly to dual SD cards (cards not included) in 4K or externally over SDI or HDMI in a variety of recording modes and resolutions. The 3G-SDI output provides an uncompressed signal at 1920 x 1080 in 4:2:2 10-bit with embedded time code. The HDMI output supports 4K UHD up to 60p, which allows for connecting to an external recorder and conversion to ProRes or DNx formats.

Choose from among a variety of audio sources: via the 3.5mm mic terminal, the internal stereo mic, or 1 of 2 XLR ports. This gives you the option of using professional external microphones (not included) or other analog line-in audio sources. Audio signal can be output along with your video signal from the SDI and HDMI terminals as well.

This camcorder is under a foot long and very portable, even with the full handle configuration. It is designed specifically for long days of news gathering or documentary work and supports a low power setting for over 2 hours of continuous recording.
