The Aputure Light Storm C120d II improves on the Aputure Light Storm C120d with 25% more brightness, outputting 135,000 lux at 1.6' when paired with the optional Aputure Fresnel 2X Attachment (equivalent to a 1,000-watt tungsten light). Here are a few of the other standout features of the C120d II: Redesigned Control Box with Expanded Options Using only 1 control box, you can power the Light Storm C120d Mark II with either an optional V-mount battery (batteries not included) or directly via AC wall power. The control box also features 5 built-in lighting special effects: paparazzi, fireworks, lightning, fault bulb, and TV. DMX control is included with this system and allows you to not only adjust brightness but also input your own effects. Dim all the way down to just 1% (vs the prior's floor of 10%). The control box is extremely lightweight and conveniently reduces the number of cables needed on set. Neutrik locking connectors are used for added security. Advances in Output, Color, and Form Not only is this light 25% brighter but it also boasts impeccable color fidelity, with a CRI of over 96 and TLCI of over 97. The lamp head overall is more robust with a yoke that allows for 360° rotation. An intelligent cooling system employs a temperature-sensitive fan with noise that doesn't exceed 18 dB.
